Shipping Policy

The online purchase price includes GST. A shipping and delivery fee of $9 (0-1kg), $12 (1-2kg) and $20 (2-20kg) is charged for postage to any destination within Australia. For international orders, a shipping fee of $25 is charged. For items picked up from the Sydney office no fee is charged.

Your goods will be delivered by Australia Post. Delivery can take up to 14 business days from the date of payment, especially for country destinations.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
